Grapes: 70% Traminer, 30% Trebbiano
Vinification and refinementThe grape harvest takes place in two stages, depending on the time of ripening of the grapes making the blend. The grapes are fermented for long periods in tanks at very low temperature, about 6°C, to keep intact the intensity of the aromatic Traminer. The wines are then assembled and kept in stainless steel tanks for a further period of ageing before being bottled, usually after six months from the harvest.
